Five days ago, I showed you the freshly arrived print proof of Microsoft Copilot pour les Freelances. Since then, something happened that I hadn’t anticipated: the book reached the top spot in its category on Amazon France (free chart, generative AI) during its launch promotion. And today, I can finally announce it: the paperback edition is officially available.
🏆 A week I won’t forget anytime soon
When I first published this book, the early days were silent. Zero sales. I could have stopped there — many independent authors do. Instead, I did what I advise my digital transformation clients to do: iterate. I reworked the title, the description, the keywords, then ran a five-day free promotion through KDP Select.
The result: Dozens of downloads, a category #1, and above all, messages from readers all asking the same question: “what about a paper version?”
The answer is: now. The proof has been reviewed page by page, approved, and the paperback is live.
📖 Why a paperback for a book about AI?
It may sound paradoxical: a book about artificial intelligence, in the most analog format there is? And yet, this is precisely the kind of book where paper makes perfect sense.
Microsoft Copilot pour les Freelances is a hands-on guide. It’s a book you annotate, dog-ear, and keep next to your keyboard while testing the prompts. The paperback is the format you open at page 47 right at the moment you’re drafting a quote. The ebook remains perfect for a first discovery read; the paperback becomes the working tool that lives on your desk.
📚 What’s inside
The subtitle sums up the ambition: From prospecting to year-end review — AI in the service of your independence. The book covers the entire lifecycle of a freelance business:
- Finding and winning clients: writing outreach messages, qualifying opportunities, personalizing follow-ups with Copilot.
- Producing professional deliverables: reports, presentations, analyses — in a fraction of the usual time.
- Running your business: quotes, invoicing, project tracking, client communication — the Microsoft 365 use cases few freelancers exploit.
- Continuous learning: using AI as a learning partner, not a crutch.
- Building your online reputation: LinkedIn, blogging, personal branding — with AI as an amplifier.
No abstract theory: these are methods I apply daily in my own consulting practice, documented step by step.
🎯 Who is it for?
Independent consultants, trainers, coaches, technical freelancers, and new solopreneurs who use (or want to use) Microsoft 365 and wonder how Copilot can concretely save them hours every week. And if you’re an employee considering going independent, it’s also a great way to start with the right AI tools from day one.
One note for my English-speaking readers: the book is written in French 🇫🇷. An English edition may follow if there’s enough interest — let me know in the comments!
📲 Where to get it
👉 The paperback edition is available here on Amazon
👉 The Kindle ebook remains available here — it’s also included in Kindle Unlimited.
And if you’ve already read it: an honest review on Amazon is the best thank-you there is. That’s what allows an independent book to exist alongside the big publishing houses. ⭐
